Are you getting the following Foursquare error on your BlackBerry?
After installing WhatsApp on my girlfriend's BlackBerry, I shared my location with her. She clicked on the map that showed up on her BB, and she received the Foursquare error. The problem is the error won't let you clear the pop up window because as soon as you do, it comes back and continues to loop.
There are 2 options for fixing the error.
1. Connect your BB to your computer and run BlackBerry Desktop Software. Use the Desktop Software to uninstall Foursquare. Reboot and you'll be fine.
2. Click the center button to clear the message, then very quickly click your menu button. You'll have to immediately clear the error message again so you can quickly move down through your menu to manually uninstall Foursquare on your phone. You'll need to get yourself to Options > Advanced > Applications. This is a real hassle but if you're fast you can go through your menu options one step at a time, clearing the error message each time you do another click, until you finally remove the app.
Don't fall victim to people from South Africa who offer you a fix for $99. Both of these fixes work even though a Google search for the problem does not readily find a solution.
Good luck!
